Home to the former “Boomers” and Hurricane Roller Coaster it is now approved for over 1 million square feet of retail, 1,000 residential units, 300 hotel rooms and 500,000 square feet of Class A office. The development, Dania Pointe, is in the process of building Phase 1 and is currently seeking tenants for Phase 2 lifestyle center retail and office users.
