Dania Beach is increasingly a preferred site for corporate and regional headquarters and automated logistics operations.
The reason is the City’s central South Florida location adjacent to the seaport, airport, business centers and major rail and highways plus the availability of prime office locations at well planned access points. Within the past two years Skanska, Chewy.com, Magic Leap, Chiquita, Total Quality Logistics, and Total Marine Solutions have located headquarters operations in the City. Nearly 1 million square feet of new office space is in the design or development stage which promises to shift Dania Beach’s economy into a hub for international business.
